Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1/4 cup finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pimentos, drained and chopped
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons finely chopped Vidalia onion
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Cut eggs in half, reserving whites.  Place yolks in a bowl and add cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, mustard, onion and garlic.  Season with salt and pepper.  Spoon or pipe into reserved whites.
