Pea-Cheddar Salad with Peanuts and Bacon

Ingredients:

12 ounce package frozen peas, thawed
7 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup cubed Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
1/2 cup roasted peanuts or cashews
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup minced onion
1/3 cup sour cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 
Directions:
 
Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and stir gently until well mixed.  Cover and refrigerate until serving time.  Serves 8-10.
